Extra live capacity is reviewed and agreed before activation. It is not automatically added to your subscription. Draft customer accounts do not increase your live workspace allowance.

USAGE YOU CAN CONTROL

Fund the conversations as you grow.

The current wholesale AI usage rate is 2.5 × estimated provider cost in USD, deducted from your prepaid partner wallet. For example, US$1 of estimated provider cost uses US$2.50 of wallet funds.

Voice costs vary with the model, speaking time and conversation. This is not a guaranteed price per minute. Set customer spending limits and approved automatic wallet funding to control your exposure.
